Some of you may have noticed that the map no longer contains a rainbow of markers when first going to the website or making a search. Instead you see these orange circles with numbers in them. What is this you ask? Those orange circles are roll ups of the markers in that area. The number in the middle of the circle is the number of markers rolled up into that one circle. Clicking the circle will allow you to dive in further into the map and see more markers.

Implementing this feature saves us a lot of time loading all the markers because we no longer need to show all 700-1000 of them at once. Instead we can show high level views. Not only does this feature save on load, but it helps to improve searching. Now when you search for a specific area, you can zoom out and begin to see all the other places around the area.
